This week the Hubby and I came across the Circle Cafe/Sushi Counter on a road trip to Al Ain and thought sure, why not have sushi in the desert?!? The beautiful decor looked like it was straight out of Pinterest! We decided on the Shrimp Avocado California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Crab Rice Paper Salad.

When we finished the waiter gave as forks and as we were wondering what they were for, he brought over a complimentary piece of cheesecake! Great sushi, fabulous service, and the perfect ambiance!
